Isabelle is the Project Manager for Universal Health Coverage and the Life Course Division at the World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters in Geneva. Isabelle leads the innovative Art Impact for Health and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiative to grow art and culture within the medical environment to build resilient individuals, communities, and health systems.
As the Moderator of the international francophone forum on Health Information For All, she supports cross-cutting areas like palliative care, health care innovation, engagement, and linguistic collaborations that contribute to Health Information For All. Previously a Project and Communication Manager of EVIPNet’s Knowledge Ethics and Research Department, Isabelle designed its social network, particularly in African countries, helping policymakers make better evidence-based decisions and establish sustainable partnerships with stakeholders.
She holds a Master of Sciences in "Genie Physiologique" at the University of Poitiers, France, and a master’s in public health at the University of Geneva.
